Dubai real estate enjoys recovery

Over the past weeks I have heard reports that Dubai real estate agents have seen an increase in property buyers even amidst the current real estate recession taking place around the globe. It appears that buyers are seeing Dubai as a real estate safe haven. Investors would see Dubai as a safer maket than elsewhere with better long term potential. This may have been assisted by the recent and large campaign launch for the hotel The Atlantis which features everything you could ever want in a resort, with confidence Dubai shunned the global economic situation. The Atlantis hotel is full to capacity to date.  Dubai real estate agents are enjoying prosperous times even in these tough times.

American finance fallout kerbed by internet

This year has so far shaped Mexico real estate businesses performances through good or bad marketing. Both locally and internationally our real estate agent contacts have confirmed that advertising on the internet has helped them perform above average and lack or no internet presence for other real estate agents has caused failure or closureof their agency. Some agents in parts of Mexico, United Kingdom and Australia have yet to establish websites. An agent in South Australia that has now finally launched a website after nearly 15 years in business.

Mexico real estate will benefit from modernising

Mexico real estate is a wonderful thing and means many different things to different people, one thing we can all agree on is that Mexico has ‘flavour and colour’ and that other countries fail to compete with this trademarked feel.  My main point today is that this can be discovered by so many more people from USA, Canada and beyond, with the recent Mexico tourism campaign into Europe buyers of Mexican property from Europe will become an increasing thing, especially in Yucatan and Cancun with most european airlines flying into this region.

It makes our team proud here at residemexico.com that we are contributing to this campaign by thinking outside the box and pushing Mexico real estate even further than the USA and Canada, and with issues such as the US mortgage crisis buyers from Europe and other countries can help contribute to ‘top up’ Mexico’s property buyer volume, now and into the future.

Current real estate agents in Mexico are benefiting from our greater internet marketing reach and National emphasis on the Mexican real estate market, as Mexcian agents embrace the benefits of the internet they will modernise the industry.
